What great fortune I have to work at TNA! We are a unique organization with an outstanding Board of Directors and Medical Advisory Board.
As Executive Director, it is my responsibility to see that our talented staff members have the resources they need to ensure that all TNA programs are of the highest quality. Consequently, I am the “Jill of all Trades”, doing a little bit of everything. I work for the staff and our patients.
We are energetic, creative and empathetic; but we are also a family and hope that you feel part of our extended family!

Kathy Taylor
Director of Patient Support
Kathy is on call to answer phone calls and email messages regarding TN and related facial pain conditions from patients and their families. She provides personal and in-depth support for those who are unable to find the information or relief they need.

Cindy Ezell
Support Network Coordinator
As TNA's Support Network Coordinator, Cindy maintains close contact with all Support Group Leaders and Telephone Support Contacts. She works to help group remain active when a leader steps down and she also seeks new leaders in areas where a support group is needed. To help ensure that groups have the tools they need to remain active and vital, Cindy meets regularly with groups of leaders, via conference call or in person. She also provides programs for use by local groups as well as training for both SGLs and TSCs so that everyone is well equipped to handle their important volunteer duties. |

Karin Hyler
Financial Specialist
I support the Association by processing and reconciling all financial transactions, working closely with the Director of Development and Executive Director. I also help the TNA Team with patient requests and special projects. When I am not in the office, you'll find me digging in my garden!

Michelle has been part of the TNA team since summer, 2002. She provides data entry and assistance with special projects on an as-needed basis. She also helps coordinate regular volunteer day activities and assists with TNA exhibit.

I am usually your initial contact when you call TNA. I take most of the incoming calls. I send out our new patient packets along with any other patient information needed. I am also here to support the staff in any way I can.
