TNA (Trigeminal Neuralgia Association), Winthrop University Hospital, and New York University invite you to attend a Regional Patient Conference on Saturday, May 10, 2008.  The conference will be held at New York University’s College of Dentistry, 345 East 24th Street, New York, New York 10010 in Saklad Auditorium (first floor).

The conference is designed for patients, their family members, and supporters who have an interest in the management of chronic facial pain.

What Does it Cost?

Since seating is limited, you are encouraged to register early.  The registration fee covers course materials and lunch.  If you register by April 15th,  the registration cost is $60 per person.  After April 15th,  the registration fee goes up to $80 per person.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be requested in writing.  A full refund will be issued if requested by May 1 , 2008.  No refunds will be allowed after that date.

Scholarships

The registration fee may be reduced or waived for financial hardships.  A limited number of scholarships are available.  Individuals may apply by emailing swilson@tna-support.org or writing to TNA Conference Office, P.O. Box 92604, Southlake, TX  76092.

About TNA

TNA, established in 1990 by Claire Patterson, founding president, patients and family members who have been directly affected by trigeminal neuralgia, develops programs and activities to provide information, mutual aid, support and encouragement to facial pain patients and their families.
