Conventional wisdom tells us that TN and neuropathic face pain strike later in life.  Statistics show that it usually attacks more women than men and those who are over 50 years.

However, TNA (Trigeminal Neuralgia Association) continues to receive calls and messages from parents seeking assistance and support for a child as well as from teens and young adults looking for information and answers.

If you find yourself in this situation, you understand the feeling of isolation and exclusion.

Please join TNA as we develop new resources for this "hidden" group of face pain sufferers and as we celebrate the lives of courageous young people and their families.  They are brave and optimistic and they want to share their stories and insights so that others do not struggle alone as they once did.
